Meaning you have no drivers license, and are then driving illegaly. Is driving without a license grounds for deportation? Or is that just another offence to be ignored?

I am unclear on whether they are prosecuted/fined/jailed for drunk driving that does not cause injury. I'm assuming they are, rather than being let off scot free compared to a citizen.

If not, any citizen ever convicted of drunk driving in NYC needs to sue the shit out of the city.
