If they were working class, their "child care arrangement" had happened in the UK and UK social services informed, they would easily have found themselves in court. This regardless of the child actually being harmed or abducted.

There is plenty of evidence that Madeline was a difficult insecure child, that should not have been left alone. This leads to speculation that the child was being illegally medicated to calm her down at night.

Without doubt the parents were the "FUCKING ASSHOLES" and still keeping it up, by withholding information, deleting evidence from mobile phones, generally being shit bags when questioned about their actions and being extremely litigious using money collected TO HELP LOOK FOR Madeline.

I've followed this case closely from the beginning. I will always have a place for Madeleine in my heart. She deserved so much better.

I think they regularly drugged their children, so that they could enjoy peaceful evenings. Maddie died somehow, and, knowing an autopsy would show the sedative - even if the death were an accident - they panicked and made up a story.

Understandably this scenario warranted discrete investigation once some of the inconsistencies started to appear.

Anyone who has looked after kids knows how easy it is to be distracted and even to take calculated chances, but the McCann's never seemed to show remorse or responsibility only criminal excuses and lies.

Most decent people would have co-operated, even at the risk of their own freedom, rather than chance hampering a good outcome.

By their actions they deserve exposure and criticism. It would be interesting to see their account with Carter Ruck.

The most damning evidence was the cadaver and blood dogs both picking up something in the hotel room. There's a video on Youtube if someone could embed it. Then when they are asked about the dogs in interviews, they just get up and walk out, saying the evidence isn't 100% reliable.
