Sounds like they are pushing to force corps to only hire foreigners for the top paying positions. Lower pay positions have to go to Americans. In theory, this means that those lower paying positions should be training based positions. Unfortunately, reality may not work out so well (they will not make them training based as they call those "interns" now and have implied requirements that you're just coming out of school, which won't work for older hires). But at least they're thinking and trying to change it. |

Enough; To be fair, Americans had a certain level of expectation that we had become used to; a certain standard of expectation which we were born into. Factory workers expected to make good money ($25-50/hr). IT workers had it good during the 80's/90's because they were smart and there was great demand. But that all changed when the traitorous rich "elites" decided it was time we had to compete with the world on a completely global playing field; and competing with 3rd world peasants willing to work for a fraction of our standard expectations. THAT is a part of it. In China they push them to work so hard in school that they sometimes jump out of the window several stories up during an exam due to the stress. You see the video of Indians climbing up buildings to help their kids cheat on exams. There's a standard/expectation disparity. A serious one which the "brilliant" self-chosen ones decided they were so smart would equalize. Well they were WRONG. |

They enjoy the protection and continuity and all that goes with living in America.....provided by tax dollars.....in order to do business....... Why dont they put their HQ in,,,,the middle east or ....BRUSSELS?? THEY MAY SOON HAVE TOO........because If things dont change for the American Worker..... We dont want your fucking 15 a dollar an hour jobs....We want the good ones.....We get them, or it all blows up.... Otherwise..... things will get messy......and you all can GET THE FUCK OUT.... That is reality..... trust me on that one... I don't think those outside the industry understand that there aren't many outside this country that are able to do the high paying jobs in our industry. After working with outsourced resources, I can tell you they are great at doing what they're told, but they aren't able to design and they lack common sense. That combined with the time difference and the communication barrier severely limit the types of jobs you can send over there. Most companies are beginning to figure this out now after the push in the early 2000s to outsource all of the IT jobs. After seeing this in action, I've become convinced that innovation and critical thinking are byproducts of freedom. |

The have purposely undermined the American Worker..... Because they could save boatloads of money doing it....... It has hurt us. And I say ...fine. If thats how its going to be, cut the Defense Budget and the Aid to other countries by 90% and have these companies move overseas....fuck them; ...... they are so smart over there, after all, they can pay for all that stuff..... What saddens me is, decades of this, has Americans actually believing this bullshit....its insulting and disgusting and .....just sad, to me; |
