Sanctions are not real, all affected companies will create(if they didn't do it) ghost companies in Panama/Seychelles/Mauritius/Switzerland/Cayman Islands/Cyprus/Monaco ... and many other countries that have mastered money laundering.

Iran at this point has no real threat in any means.

Even the "glass bell" sanctions will do nothing, at worst case, the government will rely on the grey economy to continue funding.

Sanctions will just give some reason to export more terrorist to the rest of the world in disguise as refugees.

So there are two options, glass them or talk to them.
