The President has the legal authority to not allow anyone into this country that is not a U.S. citizen. That is a fact and no court can deny him that. PERIOD. There is no grey area there. Let's see what they do knowing full well they can't legally stop him. Maybe for a "minute", but not for long. We will get to see whos who and what law(s) they are willing to break.
