This is the objects (star, planet, etc) signature.

Here is Sirius as well, with a different recording device:

It is shaky, but FREEZE frame it and you see a VERY similar pattern, signature as in the OP's video:

But, Sirius is not "a star" it is a group of stars:

So there is MORE then meets the EYE with Sirius.

Now look at this video of Jupiter and it's moons:

So my point is. One is a signature, like in the OP's video and the other's are like a true impression of the star (or star systems) or planets with a telescope.
