What I remember from that video looked like a road to one of the big piles they dumped at.

It only went up the hill half way.

Not even close to the parking area.

I see the gray bedrock channel that the water overflow form the ES overflow formed and I see the brown road that the engineers made to move the debris cleared out from the bottom of the MS.

Highly doubtful. For the effect something like that would have on the dam, it would qualify as sabotage.

and, President Trump is still not monitoring the situation...

Would it be possible to do a RV where your seeing the "event" and go to a place like a bank that has date/time on their sign?

I'm very curious to see what has changed on the MS. There doesn't seem to be any visible spray above the tree tops.

Yep...only rarely now do yo see a small plume. Something has changed. Hoping it's for the better, but when they turn off the data....

How could it possible be for the better? We know water is running down the MS, hitting the chasm and should be producing spray.

They could have possibly found an ideal outflow rate that minimizes the harmonics and erosion.

well, the physics of the spray and plumes on the MS
is the same as what causes Cataracts in Rivers.

the first requirement for the formation of cataracts is
high velocity water:

and yesterday they began reducing the CFS from 50,000 to
47,000 CFS,
and so, it would appear that just lowering the Energy Mix
just 2 or 3,000 CFS was enough to cause the
cessation of Plume Formation.
(the spray is still plentiful of course.)

Of course, turning off the data flows is going to make people assume the worst.

well, i don't know why why there's so much missing data lately,
but i think i know why they are radically lowering the CFS.

in any event, they are currently in the process of lowering
the Lake level as much as they can.

the water is hitting that vertical slab or structure is
not enough to form a plume,

I don't usually like to use an emoji but this thread has gone on for so long, looking at all the text gets boring. Also gives me a starting point if I have to step away.

Watching the dam cam, I see something I think is different. Although the plumes/spray of water from the MS are much smaller than when they recently re-opened the MS, the water spray is now at the tower-and sometimes a bit to the right of the tower. Before, the plumes and spray were to the left of the tower, further down the spillway.

Yes, and only a .10' decline in the water elevation the last hour...

It appears that they have drastically reduced outflows over the past few hours.

maybe all the rocks and boulders and concrete slabs are moving
around alot?

nope. Jaun had footage of the Grand Opening New Impoved MS
from a couple'a days ago, but that's all.

Not yet, my friend. But they may have to if wee see spray closer and closer to that tower!

That's the $64 million dollar question!
