looks like it is currently rising at about the rate of 3/4 inch per hour... [ link to cdec.water.ca.gov] And this will increase rapidly over the next couple days as the heavy rains return tonight... More like 3/4 FOOT per hour. While the inflow is winding down after the rain stopped this morning (still over 100,000 CFS), more rain is on the way. Oh snap. You are right. My bad. This is going to get out of hand rather quickly methinks...  We have a couple of days for the DWR eggheads to come up with a solution. Tick Tock.
