They are still manipulating the inflows by controlling the release upstream and holding back water into the feather river at Bucks Lake, Lake Almanor, Butt Valley Reservoir, Little Grass Valley, Sly Creek, Lake Davis...

All data for these reservoirs was removed from [link to cdec.water.ca.gov]

so you don't know at what point and which lakes are releasing, which are topping. When this little remaining storage spare capacity dries they wont be able to hold back all that water to make oroville look better anymore then you will see the big jump they have been able to avoid so far, interesting gamble they are making using up the capacity in front of the peak of the storm.
