CAP'N DO YOU SUPPOSE IT WILL BLOW OUT AT THE GREEN ACRE ON THE FACE OF THAT DAMNED DAM?
OR DO YOU SUPPOSE THE GATES WILL FAIL?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77223081 I think the green spot will blow out someday, but the current issue is the spillway gates. They rebuilt the whole spillway, but the gates are still fucked up. The bottom of the intake to the gates is at 813', but they won't try to use it until 830-840'. What happens if the gates jam or tweak when they try to open them? OK..WE HAVE THIS DATA...AND THE WET SPOT IS AS LOW AS 795 ON SOME PHOTOS...?..RIGHT? MAYBE EVEN LOWER?...! NEED TO RE-CHECK AND SEE...OR LOOK NOW AT THE THING REAL CLOSE..GO OUT THERE AND SEE SOME GREEN OR 'DARK' PATCHES OR SPOTS!!
