CHP Oroville @CHP_Oroville · 16m We are patrolling Oro Dam Blvd east, due to increased traffic. And no, no one is allowed to surf on the spillway 🌊🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️ CA - DWR @CA_DWR UPDATE: As of 10 AM this morning, flows down the main spillway have increased to 14,800 cubic feet per second (cfs).
