the biggest issue i can see is that they haven't given
this this thing enough time to Cure, before running
it at full throttle.
Quoting: Kung Fu Lover Exactly. 30 days per inch of concrete. Any additive to accelerate curing weakens the concrete. So it's either still wet or cured but at expense of strength of concrete.
