But no, they ran 4k cfs out the hydro plant and let the sucker fill up all the while ole Juan B (wanna b) just acts like it's such a great idea and even made a video taking bets on when the new spillway was going to open a few weeks back, all the while never saying anything about the huge snowpack. The guy is a shill or a complete moron. They should of been dumping water a month and a half ago out the power plant. Ifk they did they wouldn't be using the spillway right now. One good pineapple and every levee from Gridley to Sacramento is gone, even if that dam holds. If Oroville lake is a hundred feet low it's not going to cause a drought in California, not with that snowpack. So saving that water can't be for greed's sake, most of the water is just gets washed out to the ocean this time of year anyway. Makes no good sense to even be in this situation. Anyone have the latest snowpack totals above Oroville?
