Can anybody find this link? I tried, no success.
At the Oroville dam watch site on youtube, a poster said this:
"Trumpet news put out a good video a couple hours ago. (PandP edit- add 10 hours for the time of comment, from now) Sounds like when they reopened spillway, it started vibrating (conjecture) so they shut it down to prevent failure. etc. "
Can anybody find that video? Much appreciated if you can.
