It takes two days for the water to peak after rainful, when upstream reservoirs are full. 4 days if they are low. They are full.

The jury is out on how many inches of rain raise the lake how many feet. We have the Metabunk administrator and his one inch equals 12 feet. We have Midwest sceptic here and others estimating 4 feet per inch.

Lets go with the most conservative estimate, 4 feet. That means two days after almost 3 inches of rain we are over the top.

Maybe three inches of rain by Sunday, full by Tuesday at the latest. If the rain holds off, there is more in the ten day forecast so full in 12 days.

If they open the spillway that changes all the level numbers. We get a new canyon cut into the rocky hill when the spillway breaks, but maybe doom averted if the gates hold and the rocky hill does not erode backwards. It didn't in 2017, but we don't know how much the blasting has weakened already fractured bedrock.

Its going to be a long week. Good to know the real problem is all that sexism and racism at DWR. Lol.
