Here is tropical tidbits, total precipitation to the end of May. [ link to www.tropicaltidbits.com (secure)] If you move your cursor over the map, Lake Oroville GPS coordinates are 39.56/121.45. Its a little black spot on the map....is that supposed to be a boat, or fish? Anyway, you can't miss it. The watershed is north and east. Look at that blotch. Looks like in the 6-8 inch range.
