Who cares if it leaks when we need it to flow.

When the lake is hitting 899' EVERYBODY in Oroville should be on the road getting to higher ground (imo)!! 100% agree... except for now they are saying not until 900 feet... Kinda suggests that the MS is now a de facto ES. Interesting times we live in. EARLIER TODAY DWR SAID THAT THEY DON'T PLAN ON USING THE MAIN SPILLWAY THIS YEAR!
