I thought they were going to run the spillway this week??????
These Phukkers have their heads so far up their asses they can't tell when the sun is up....
Quoting: Hnry Bwmn I couldn't find the origin of that statement, aside from the "stoner logic" article. It could be part of a photo, didn't look too too hard, but it isn't a statement issued by the DWR that I could find yet. No matter what though, they aren't going to run the spillway with those K-rail blocks sitting on it and any workers or gear down on that ledge road.
