Earthquakes in this area are a very bad sign. I'm putting this here in case anyone is downstream from Oroville Dam. I do not believe DWR - or other .Gov funded "infastructure/utility" Companies in California. Lost my loved brother in law in one of these "fires"/ and no, there was no "warning" - many elderly/disabled were taken out. [ link to earthquaketrack.com (secure)] Meant to say last night.....
