The remote viewer thing is freaking me out a touch. This is what she described after the water found it's way through the weir and then later it broke in half??
Quoting: Amanda Lee Amanda, The RV saw a section of the ES weir break, push forward, and then tumble down the hill. Considering that she said that the problem started where the ES joins the MS gateworks abutment, that would fit perfectly with breaks at both: 1) The piezoelectric sensor location (mid ES, somewhere near the middle of the new concrete apron) AND 2) The connection of the ES to the MS gateworks abutment.
