I thought DWR wanted to fill up lake Oroville to 900?
Now they have an extra turbine and using it.
Their actions do not match their words.
THAT should concern people!
Filler up, then bring down as fast as possible with only Hyatt.

I have no idea how much is used and when downstream. No rain. I assume the snowmelt is mostly done for the year.
