Message Subject California's Lake Oroville Main Spillway Severely Damaged/Eroded. Oroville Dam's Recently Reconstructed Main Spillway Fundamentally Flawed

We've had all these discussions asking why, why, why. Oroville Dam is already rated as an extreme high risk to downstream public safety. it's overfilled despite small drops in elevation. it's falling apart, leaking like a sieve.

DWR is apparently stuck at 3 or less turbine outflow so how is the water even going to get to the downstream farmers for irrigation?

Doesn't make sense, right?

Because you are looking at it wrong. if you look at it right ORV makes plenty of sense. ORV is a cocked loaded geoengineered weapon.

The Cali eq's were only near Ridgecrest. They were directly under China Lake Naval Station underneath of which is China Lake DUMB; Deep Underground Military Base. Real eq energy was directed to China Lake to destroy an underground military base . 2 times. not once. 2 times!

Real water ( 5 BILLION TONS) will be released abruptly from Oroville Dam. Because oroville Dam is a cocked and loaded geoengineered weapon.

All makes sense now?

It's so bizarre this has come up. I was born in Ridgecrest and lived on the base in China Lake until I was 8. Being sensitive, I always felt something was wrong, but I didn't know what it was, obviously. I had inexplicable nightmares that subsided after we moved. Creepy place, thank God my dad got another job!

serendipity fo sho. sseess, do you have vague memories of aliens, abductions?

Yes, I do have weird memories! The nightmares came whenever I went to sleep--like even taking a nap! I could never explain or describe what it was. Me and all the kids on base ran free range all day long--wandering around alone on the desert and dry lake with no adult supervision.

My dad had worked at the Rocketdyne facility in the Santa Susana mountains in so cal shortly after the nuclear reactor meltdowns in the late 1950's (which nobody knew about then).

About 25 years later, he was working for Rockwell and again assigned to that site. Word was coming out about the meltdowns. He bought a geiger counter and would check his shoes for radiation after coming home from work. He often left his shoes in the garage before coming into the house.

I grew up living downhill from that stuff. This crap has been going on for a long time.
