Paul Preston said that all the major installations in the nation had nukes built in during the cold war, in the event of a Russian invasion. There were two he knew of in O Dam, and in 2017 military trucks went in to get them in the event that the dam breached.

now the camera is not showing the old 'road gap' perspective stream.

You can scroll back in the dwc live stream to see what I'm talking about and you can stop it when it shows the old 'road gap' site. looks real bad. Looks like the concrete curb is sagging 10' to the left of the old 'road gap' and then stronly elevating up to the old 'road gap' site with another yellow bag strategically placed to partially hide.

no service road, no Oroville Dam. the new emergency road under the spillway imo is insufficient for the maintenance, etc. necessary to keep Oroville Dam open.

the main service road into Oroville dam has just overnight experienced another major issue at the same location ( pretty much) as the previous 'road gap' issue.

Would love to see a screen shot if you can capture one.

What is going on near the bottom of the spillway?

Watching the lower cam and one of the slabs looks like it has a big white patch on it. There is water streaming out from underneath.

Looks to me like they are porting the water beneath the new roadway? Did they punch through the terminus of the MS, and plumb in some type of diversion drain that flows under the road? I haven't looked at this CAM for over a week. Also, I just figured out you can use CTRL + to zoom in on the cams.

I just downloaded a video called "What is Wrong with the Spillway?"...I tried to find the source to link and it's now GONE!!!....It looks bad.
