What is going on near the bottom of the spillway? Watching the lower cam and one of the slabs looks like it has a big white patch on it. There is water streaming out from underneath. [ link to www.parks.ca.gov] Looks to me like they are porting the water beneath the new roadway? Did they punch through the terminus of the MS, and plumb in some type of diversion drain that flows under the road? I haven't looked at this CAM for over a week. Also, I just figured out you can use CTRL + to zoom in on the cams. Yes, I assume so. That is quite a nice waterfall they have going. I haven't seen any comments regarding what they may be doing on that first tier of the Aux. Spillway? They have wooden rails up and are working on something up there?
