They spooled up the output from the Hyatt power plant again.
What happened to the talk of 'We're gonna fill it up!'?
DWR doublespeak and the dozen or so issues they are concerned about but aren't telling us.

Agreed, especially alarming as the water causing this damage must be from under the spillway. 2017 damage was from high flow above ground. But this, this is not good. I wonder how long until it becomes a gushing spring.
