The 7/12/2019 pic appears to show the right cone leaning to the left and the concrete walkway/curb area above the two cones appears to be declining r-l hile the road appears to be rising before the 'road gap'. ie is the area under the piece of plywood where the hole has increased sinking? The asphalted road shows no such sign. This new problem is under the guard rail area. [link to twitter.com (secure)]
