I would suggest they are now filling in the cut/cleaned area of the horizontal spall, the area that the end of the bridge should sit on that was all busted up.

The scaffold was to get at the area, cut away the damged/spalled concrete, maybe some new re bar, fill the area the hard way with new concrete.

By hand!

Expect the scaffold to come out over the next week.

I'm surprised Clause hasn't done any photos of the scaffold or any of the work being done there.....

He's had many pics of the area under the bridge in the past....
