I assume some of that is related to Irrigation needs.. I have no followed Oroville in the summer on irrigation.. They cannot safely use the spillway... I don't remember what the level of the spillway is right now... the green and the abutment at the area where the dam SEAMS with the abutment with the spill pillways is continuing to have problems.. there has been green before there but I don't know if there are any pics from this summer on it. it has shown leakage before.. since the 2017 spillway failure.
