Can't remember the link. Marty at O dam watch group might have it. Anyway, a ton of major infrastructure was built during the cold war when we feared nuclear war with Russia and invasion. Preston says much of it had built in tactical nukes so it could be destroyed before Russia took it. Preston is as credible as can be IMO. this is an oh brother.... actually Russians put a lot of nukes in the ocean off shore california and all are removed... Nature and mans bad construction will blow the dam... it has leaking all over inside the dam itself. Including both abutments.... it is going to go... by itself or with quakes. won't take a bomb... which is not in it anyway. When the big quakes come.. there won't be anything for russia to take... lots of fake news by Preston it would seem. Did he ever cover the US and Russia in those days were best friends? there was NO REAL cold war... it was fake news.
