Why is the outflow so low? Is that just one turbine? Is the power turned off all over so they are not making electricity? With this big storm forecast I'd think she'd be perking as close to 15,000 as they can go. THE CLASSIC QUESTIONS.... ANYONE WANNA CHIME IN?...NO CHANGE IN LEVEL AS OF 1PM.
