I went into meditation feb 23 as suggested by Aeon. After 20 minutes I felt some kind of neg energy around me. My back heart chackra was corded. Energy being drained from me. Shortly after my meditation my back of the neck started trobbing in intense pain. The whole day was very painfull physically. Late last night I finally had to ask the Masters for help to transform, transend this god awfull energy that was around me. Within 30 minutes I back to my old self. Thank God.

I've been with glp for over 7yrs and it never ceases to amaze me, how discernment is rarely used.
Several people asked the OP how did she arrive at this date, she did not answer. The big clue to bs was when she said to use her avatar== wake up by using your own brain not by mindless following someone you assume knows whats going on.

Your dream sounds as though you were having a 'Parts Party'.

My mother was a "Neurolinguistics Practitioner" (google or Wiki for more info)...

She helped many people by holding what she called "parts parties".... where all 'aspects' of a person could come together to gain recognition and some unity.

My 'aspects', once arrived at my 'party' were many strange persons, whom I would not have EVER invited to any of MY parties.... yet when she put me into light hypnotic trance, and set up the invitation for ALL aspects of self to come to this party... here would come these odd people. Many I did not like at all, nor did they like me either. That was years ago. Since then have brought most of 'us' into greater harmony.

It's an excellent exercise.

I do not know why it is this date, it just is as it is.

As you say you can feel it. I think others can also. Is this just the power of suggestion? We will see!

Dear Aeon!

Some weeks ago i Tried to breath the joy but it ended in depression. I tried to tone and sing, but ended for some reason i dont recall now. Then i chose to just be and accept suffering and pain and angst. However i grew tired of this and begun visualizing to entertain myself, and for the purpose of developing "instant manifestation"-abilities through extreme focus of mind. However i ended up again and again in front of the computer, internet addict as i am?. Anyway, early this morning or yesterday i stumbled upon this post of yours and got really curios. About 6am i decided to try it out, your suggestion of directing conscioussness. I fell asleep.

But before I fell asleep I had some time trying it out. I began with lying down, palms on the sofa. I tried to feel my chest and then reach backwards. It was pretty neat, I could feel different doors (chakras) along the spine, corresponding to the traditional view on it. However it was all emptiness and that was okay. I tried to say with my mind (inner voice) "open the door", which brought my mind out of its rest and seemed to disturb the process. I got curious an d tried to reach as high as I could, above my head. Up there I asked "open the door" "wake me up" but my own (inner)speech scared me and the response of Guidance was something along the lines of "no, not when youre in fear based state of conscioussness". Spirits started to reveal themselves as I dwelled up there and strived to push it. I decided to try something elese.

I tried to reach backwards again it ended with me stretching down and up the same time (growing roots and upward branches). Then I went for some food and back in the play again I started over and noticed the "holes"/doors and played with them.

Anyway, after having dwelled in the back of the second chakra and the bliss that was there I got hooked and now Im once again addicted to Love....A strange thing I saw was what looked like a glowing "flower" there, but instead of being closed or open towards forward or uppward as some speak of, it seemed to point backwards...

I had some great joy in backside of my heart and backside of neck the further down the smaller the chakra it seemed. Of course the 3d eye is very small too, but still.

Now my questions are, the "door" you speak of, was that the chakras or a special one of them? if not I must say I really dont understand because when I focus upon this vast void behind me I always end up in at least one of the chakras.

And what is it you have to do to really "wake up", I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS OPPORTUNIY, is it to simply merge with the inner joy, is that enough? Plz enlighten me on this...

Anyway, having fallen asleep I had some curious experiences of which I do not recall them all clearly. I recall being in one of the chakras and popping into a dream scene. It was in the forest, some machine cutting down trees, I hid behind some machine and then flew upwards.

Somewhere in between here I was in this strange state of which my ears hurled with an internal wind. And on at least two occasions I could hear spontaneous beautiful music suddenly appear and disappear.

Next scene was in a building, in an opening on the side of it, a maybe 9meters above the ground, beautiful trees, I realized I was dreaming and tried to fly towards them, I was in one of the lower chakras, maybe the 2nd. Anyway I got nowhere and eventually jumped off the edge and fell down, waking up.....the scene of trees turned into my sofa textile pattern as I woke up with open eyes...

Next dream I was back in the same room I jumped from, only this time it was closed and I was imprisoned with this "the bad gangster leader" from prison break. Then came this little boy who resembled the psychic boy from Smalville and he wondered if he could have my bed and I was like "sure" cause I was afraid this gangster dude would make me his "loverboy"...anyway the boys bed was all peed down and the scene was quite nasty of which I relate to the Fact that my home is currently quite dirty. Gotta have a good Cleanup.


What is happening is you are trying to drag your dream consciousness into the Open. This is not possible. THis is the "struggle" that people talk of, and is why they become so confused, frustrated and try for years and years various esoteric practices.

The you that you believe yourself to be at the moment will never be able to pass intot he Open...

You must become AWARE of the Open, and drop all vestiges of your "self", leave them behind... this is the hardest part. You must be prepared to let go, to surrender your concept of selfhood, before you can feel yourself in the Open, and sense your true consciousness.

Once you become aware of the Dreamer, waken. It is that simple. Just make sure you are not trying to "travel" your dream consciousness into the Open.

I hope this is clearer.

Don't be concerned with Chakras. Definitely do not try what one poster said and focus on the third eye. THis is an illusory thing. Did you know that it is all reversed? When you focus on the point in between your eyebrows it is a brain trick... the mind projects the feeling of the world onto the back of the brain! There is nothing there. It is like you are driving a car facing backwards with a television screen playing a movie of the road. Everything is reversed.

You will see.

There is no time tomuck about with various esoteric explorations of energy vortices within the body-mind dream system. Forget about the body-mind. Focus on the Dreamer, that is all.

I must say,that she has had as a teenager(now in her forties)so-called OBE's - they occured unwillingly about once or twice a week and she became normally anxious about that,because sometimes she thought that she wouldnt or couldnt back in her body.
It took her years to control these OBEs in a way that they dont occur anymore - if this is good is the other question,sure.
