[ link to kymkemp.com] HWY 20 closed due to flooding. 2-21-2017 Weather Channel reports that San Jose may be seeing HWY flooding soon and are giving "Low-elevation residents" should be ready to evacuate quickly when given the alert. More going on...will up-date as news comes in. Cheers! O'sCookie
