I would also look into those foreign nationals parents of american ('anchor') babies who do not live in the US but they travel every year to collect the 4000 dollars of government assistance. I know a few of them in my country. They travel to the US when the women are 6/7 months pregnant, give birth there, enroll in all sort of government assistance programs so they can collect as much money as they can, go back home -- nice little investment. And they are not even poor people. Some are even rich by any american standard. The fact that they get away with it is unbelievable to me. How can the US government allow this to happen? Don't they have checks in place for this kind of thing? This is stealing from american citizens who truly need that money!
