It starts at the :32 second mark of the video at the link. On your screen it appears on your left hand side. It looks like a long indenture that runs up to where the spillway is damaged. It might not look like much, but the same stream was about 10 feet wide a week ago and maybe 20 feet wide up until about two days ago. It's at least 40 feet wide at the river. It's pulling a lot of earth down, so it looks more brown than white and exits into the Feather River about 200 feet to your left of the spillway. Will it be 80 feet wide tomorrow? Will it suddenly pull down a large mass of earth? How would that affect the spillway itself? [ link to www.sacbee.com] Quoting: Booger Cancer Why are you posting such an old video?
