How can someone "fabricate" emotionally abusing of a child (because that's all a voice recording gives you) then fabricate a band playing live with certain strobe lights? The Fabrication itself if that is, IS STILL a crime no different than recording Child pornography! Look it up.
Unless that child actor as you presume is 18yrs old, that audio recording is a form of kiddie porn pong!

Actually depends on your state In DC it is ABSOLUTELY illegal to use the likeness (voice in this case) of a child without express consent of the legal guardian and credit provided. Further, if used in a manor consistent with child abuse, it's considered no different than porn. For argument's sake, I say the voice is entirely computer generated and the whole video is fabricated. And you're wrong about the legal stuff too. If the "fabrication" real act doesn't have a 18 u.s.c. 2251 disclaimer, then it was filmed illegally and distributed illegally on YouTube.
