Bottom line, people want to be Youtube famous and will go to great effort and lengths to do so.

Accusing public figures of anything is legal in the USA because they're public figures.

If an individual is labeled as a public figure, they usually cannot sue others for defamation unless there was actual malice (i.e. false statements were knowingly or purposely made to inflict harm).
For example, suppose celebrity X wants to sue newspaper Y for printing an article falsely stating that X is gay.

And if they did sue these youtube wanna be stars, it would be like whackamole and cost a literal fortune with virtually no returns.

This kind of thing is why dueling should be legalized.

In DC it is ABSOLUTELY illegal to use the likeness (voice in this case) of a child without express consent of the legal guardian and credit provided. Further, if used in a manor consistent with child abuse, it's considered no different than porn.

I have avoided watching that video.

I am prone to ignore sensationalist news stories because they are used by governments to foment war.

My family, a very Masonic family, had an ironic attitude toward all government and historic events - and the propaganda backing them.

My grandfather made many business trips to Germany before the war.

He was on the board of directors in many Wartime American Corporations, and he had an offer to run German businesses worldwide outside of NAZI Germany during the war.

My family generally rejoiced over the passing away of FDR, but when my grandfather heard my 8 year old uncle rejoicing, he told the boy that it was no occasion to celebrate because worse people were coming.

He had very different perceptions of history and a dark view of the future.

I inherited that family skepticism and resistance to manipulation.

I love to consider conspiracies, but we all know how easy it is for people with the power and techniques of Hollywood to manipulate images, sound, and impressions.

God Bless you David Seaman. It is a difficult subject to cover this and I had to stop because it really is mindwarping what has been going on. Even for hardened truthers like the man himself.

The PG evidence goes well beyond mere supposition.

Supposition is assuming because Davids's channel is monetized he is very likely a fraud and his info suspect. On second thought maybe that's just specious reasoning.

Make no mistake, what has been presented on PG is a mountain of circumstantial evidence. Pedo symbols, recognized as such by the FBI, and signage being altered once the story first started to break is just one clear example that could be used in court. If and when it ever goes to trial.

One development David recently highlighted was that one of his contacts hacked into a member only section of Ping Pong's website and found child porn for sale. This source presented his evidence to local law enforcement and was informed, quite rightly, it couldn't be used because it was obtained illegally. While not usable in a court of law it's hard evidence none the less.

David is a RL hero in my book. My only supposition so far is that if we don't see substantial results from investigations related to PG within in a year or two we are all doomed to continue living in a world full of evil growing uglier by the day.

My instinct tells me that will not be the case
