Force attracts men of low morality.

First of all, the story that you linked to was published in January of 2016.

It was pretty major news in Arizona, early last year.

And, second of all, even though the man's tragic shooting appears to have been unjustified, he was drinking in a motel room...with total strangers that he had just met...and playing with a gun (or a gun-type object) in front of a window.

(It was reported that police were first called only because the man had been frightening other motel guests, with that object.)

Meanwhile, the man's poor family was sitting at home, not knowing how he was fooling around on his "business trip".

As the saying goes: Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Americans are slaves today and the police officers are the slave patrol.

Are Americans proud that they threw away their freedom and suffer under tyranny like the rest of the world does?

Former Mesa Police Officer Philip Brailsford was charged with second-degree murder in the fatal Jan. 18 shooting of Daniel Shaver in a hotel hallway.

The two 13-minute clips released by a county court following pretrial arguments showed several officers in tactical gear with rifles drawn trying to coax Shaver and other people out of his room.

"After carefully reviewing the relevant facts and circumstances, we have determined that the use of deadly physical force was not justified in this instance," Maricopa County Bill Montgomery said in a statement announcing Brailsford's charges in March.

What the government is good at is collecting taxes, taking away your freedoms and killing people. It's not good at much else.
