Really if the person wants to get treated but doesn't want to talk about what happened that's their right. Just like here in US, if you call to report crime they start to question you. I saw a purse snatching a while back and had to give them my name, et cetera, which I did not want to. Now I will not call as I don't want to be a victim of retaliation. Really reporting crimes should be anonymous. There was big shootout here in my neighborhood a couple weeks ago and I don't think anyone even called the cops, probably fear of retaliation. |

How is BBC allowed to be linked here still? Your comment makes no sense. Who care's if BBC is linked? And Chicago is a VERY dangerous city in certain areas and yes stabbings there also, but they do have plenty of guns. Weird video about an ex-gang member saying crates of guns would be dropped in the alley in Chi-town. |
