Such a goal is usually accomplished by starting a war abroad. If you look back, you will find that the whole Syrian crisis was planned and executed by the CIA. Pentagon has always been just a blunt (and incredibly dumb) tool in the CIA's hands. CIA also planned and executed Turkish coup (and installment of Erdogan as a de facto Turkish dictator), which (as expected and predicted, for those who still remember) resulted in now-obvious Turkish military occupation of northern Syria (along the Syrian M4 highway route). Syria is now turning into Afghanistan 2.0 for the U.S. which means: a) another CIA-planned, financed, and organized 9/11-style attack on the U.S. soil, and b) Pentagon being given orders to prepare for a full-scale invasion of Syria... ... starting with the Russian-controlled port of Latakia, and then expanding all the way to Iraq, along the M4 route. Having a Trump-puppet as the U.S. president gives the CIA a lot of options, but once again, a professional, organized and highly-trained military force is the only real threat to the CIA. That is why the CIA has no other option but to bury the Pentagon under a mountain of Syria-(and-immediately-afterward-Russia)-related shit. Remember just one thing: As long as U.S. troops are protecting U.S. soil, CIA's hands are tied. Start a war, any war, that will lure major U.S. military forces out of the U.S. and CIA's going to be slitting your throats day and night, until there's not a single individual left in the U.S. capable of resisting CIA psychos.
