Well, I'll be darned. Since I've never listened to the radio "show", I wasn't aware of that! Hmmmm....dirty dogs. So it IS a joke, after all? Don't get your panties in a twist.
The Landmark Legal Foundation is headed by Mark Levin, who just happens to be Limbaugh's fellow conservative talk show host on their flagship station (WABC -NY) later on in the day. They're buddies. Levin plays the role of the angry "GET OFF THE PHONE, YOU JERK" right-winger now that Bob Grant has retired. It's all a dog and pony show.
