There being retroflectors on the surface of the Moon where NASA said the put them is proof that there are retroflectors on the Moon where NASA said the put them.
There's a volumous and sturdy chain of evidence that demonstrates HOW they got them there.
Meanwhile hoaxies cannot prove that the retroflectors got there by any other means.
They can't even explain HOW that would work without resorting to magical technology.
And they really need to do so to make a case.
