There are 100's of photos, every photo taken has the same thing in it. Other than falling like snow due to many, many impacts why would there be no dust on any rock? Even that big-ass rock is dust free. What is there is course dust and small stones that would stay in place if a 20mph wind came down from straight above in Area 51 or wherever. The 'C' in that rock should have been covered.

My guess it if dust covered everything there would be co contrast. A tilled field is featureless to the naked eye after 6"of snow falls on it, so why not the moon?
