I went to a metaphysical shop and asked about hypnotherapy. A good guide can just get you into a deep meditative state and from there, ask key questions. I find it better to do it that way and get my own answers from my own subconscious.

Sometimes asking others doesn't help much as they can project their own issues onto you.

Maybe you're right! A few years ago I would have said the same...but if you had been through what I have you'd consider it too. Unless someone admits to something or I remember something from when I was very small I'll never have an answer. So yes, I'd love to see what a psychic has to say.

if U have med insurance already, get a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist who can treat you with hypnotherapy... better yet, find one (over the phone) who deals with regression therapy. There is a famous Dr. (Greenberg?) who gives referrals to other therapists. He has been on coast to coast am for 20+ years now. He does past life and other regressive hypnotic therapies. Look him up on c2c am under 'past guests' and you can go to his website & find a referral.

Interestingly, i went to look for the dr. i mentioned to post here but cannot remember his name correctly. i do know he is also a famous author. the interesting part is, i found another dr. greenberg who seems to do exactly the type of work you are looking to have done: past experience trauma regressions and/or relationship problems, etc. Here is her website, she is in NYC and has a phone #, maybe she can refer you to someone where you are.
