My thoughts exactly, only that I'm thinking that the DOJ CANNOT comment on the story whether true OR false, and that Comey KNOWS this, thus the brilliance in asking for a denial which will never come...

I agree with Chuck Schumer that this just needs to be folded into the entire "Russian" investigation, since it IS of course already a part of and probably THE reason for...

Listened to the talking heads today, nobody said there wasn't any FISA Warrant issued, They can't because there was.

They've (Whomever THEY Are) had Trump and God only Knows who else under surveillance since the Spring of 2016 without a FISA Warrant "that we know of". And didn't even get one till Oct. 2016, but we know that surveillance was being conducted in June.

Some of those people surely must get 'liquored up' to be able to sleep at night, or... maybe just the evil takes over, and it's no problem, eh?

and why shouldn't there be FISA requests for WHOMEVER the FBI (not "Obama")overheard colluding or possibly colluding with the Russians in their routine surveillance of the Russians?...

and what does it matter if THEN President Obama was informed and knew of the surveillance? Is he supposed to stop doing his JOB just because we have a ridiculous TWO party political system and the suspected subjects just happen to be affiliated with the opposite party to his own in an upcoming election...

and it would seem that the FBI and/or Obama had "enough" early on the "Russian" issues with Trump to irresponsibly and prematurely blow up the Trump campaign with damaging leaks... and of course Comey chose instead to focus on damaging Clinton with Weiner's irrelevant and possibly contrived last minute laptop find...
