Yes, he was born in Kenya. Up until he was running for president he and Michelle said so publicly and in his biography. I believe the birth certificate is real. Which is why Trump should undo everything Obama did. Obama is not a natural born US citizen, and he was not even raised the United States.

It's a completely different legal entity from a Birth Certificate (or Certificate of Birth), which is a legal and official government document.
