You're not alone OP, I've been having that same thought for a long time now.

I don't want to cause myself or anyone else any physical or mental pain, I just want out of this existence... peacefully.

If I could fall asleep one night and never wake up, I would.

But in this shitty world, even that is too much to hope for...
