Tell us something that hasn't been repeated on this forum three thousand times. And at least come up with something better than a German insider working for ESA. Fruit. a band of energy that either simply...slightly move the feather on a bird...or wipe out large areas depending on where it hits.
it's an either or or maybe not at all as they've never knowingly dealt with it...so be prepared for the "just in case"...just in case.
