It would solve the decoys problem. When you aren't trying to hit a bullet with a bullet anymore, the use of decoys becomes irrelevant. We have between 26 and 40 of these missiles right now. They are not 100% reliable at hitting the target because of the kinetic kill vehicle only, the rockets and radar work well. Why not add a nice 2MT nuclear tip? [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)]
