Ongoing magnetosphere for past 24+ hrs

You're missing the point. Nothing has changed. You're making a huge fuss when the data have been pretty steady.

What is weird about this is there is no white outline any more on the magnetic centers at the bottom of the page, and they are giving opposite colors!

I have been checking this site since this thread started, and I have seen circular white boundaries, and occasionally squiggly white lines around the + center, but I haven't seen the ABSENCE of a boundary!

Can someone with more knowledge tell us what this might mean?

Yes and also the original magnetishere anomaly followed the earlier extended Schumann whiteout

Did you notice earlier if you scroll down that the model couldn't even find a "+" for the Southern Hemisphere like it can't for the northern now? BOTH were undefined... pretty crazy

Could this be the wobble that some have talked about that would result from an anomaly?

This combined with the weird march 20-22 panic thread and I've definitely got my alert antennas up!

Yes i watched the southern and northern hemisphere charged circles jump around during the anomaly last weekend too... (see from this post to end of page)

Good evening. Solar activity as far as sunspots and solar flares are concerned remains very quiet and is expected to remain this way over the next few days. The visible disk has now been spotless for 12 days in a row. This matches the longest spotless streak for the current solar cycle as we slowly make our way towards the next solar minimum.

Enhanced geomagnetic activity, possibly reaching storm levels will be possible next week when Coronal Hole #72 becomes geoeffective after March 21st.

Equinox and quarter moon tonight

This ties in well with Chan Thomas' work. Once the electromagnetic stability of the Earth is lost the poles will shift to the equator.
