Hey, its funny you mention Juliani for that, it crossed my mind within the last couple days, mainly because he had a synergy going with the NY FBI office which I'd heard good things about.

There's only one problem with this theory. Rudy Giuliani was rejected because while he was still Mayor, he travelled to England to be dubbed, or given a title of Royalty, along with NYC Fire Commissioner Von Esson.
If Rudy had held a Federal position at that time it would have been considered an act of treason.
Rudy would have to denounce the Title Of Nobility that the Queen had bestowed to him after 9/11.

If you know your US Constitution you'd know that Rudy is ineligible to hold a Federal job because of this gap in judgement to accept this title.

I could care less if he does get that job or not, I am just posting the reason why President Trump didn't appoint him earlier. That's why I think this post is B.S!

To accept a "Title Of Nobility," is forbidden in the US Constitution, and today it should include "Dual Citizenship," which did not officially exist when the US Constitution was written.

Royalty Class Privilidges are also forbidden but that doesn't stop government officials from passing laws and expemtions giving themselves special protections and privilidges aka Royalty Class Privilidge.

This clause is also known as the federal nobility clause.

Like the federal government, all state governments are also barred from granting nobility citizen. This bar on the state governments on granting titles is referred under USCS Const. Art. I, § 10, Cl 1.
